Lost Messages

One of our Patrons pointed out that we missed their shout-out message, and we verified that even though it was sent, their reply never made it into our inbox.
Now I'm worried this problem might be affecting more of our Patrons. We use Patreon's messaging system for a lot. Shout-outs, shirt sizes, arranging hangouts, etc. If there's a problem, I need to hound Patreon about it ASAP.
Please let me know if you suspect we might've missed your message at any point. If you sent us a shout-out that wasn't read, a letter that wasn't replied to, a hangout that wasn't arranged, a shirt you never got, etc.
