Figured I should do a quick clarification for some of the most frequent questions we get from Patrons and people looking to become Patrons. If you have any other questions, problems, or concerns, please message us.
When do I get my reward?
Why was my name not in the Credits?
Why did I not get the Mystery Mail?
Before we can dole out our rewards, you have to be billed by Patreon.
Basically, regardless of when you sign up, you're only billed at the beginning of a month. For example, if you signed up to be a Patron on the 14th, you won't be billed until the 1st of the next month.
That's when we get an updated list of our current Patrons, which we use to handle rewards, like putting your name in the Credits, or sending out Mystery Mail.
tl;dr: If you signed up this month, your name will be in the Credits starting next month. Same with the Mystery Mail.
Fortunately though, Patreon allows you to access our Bonus Episodes as soon as you sign up, so you don't have to wait.
Why are you waiting? Go sign up.
Where do I send my Shoutout?
We don't have a fixed day for recording our Shoutouts, but each month you'll receive a message from us, asking for your Shoutout. All you have to do is reply to it.
Just make sure you're able to receive mails from Patreon, and check your spam folder if need be.
When is the Hangout?
Same as above. Each month we'll tell you via mail when the hangouts are, and how you it's done. As long as your mail provider doesn't block Pateon, you'll get an invitation :)

We know we've been a bit tardy here and there, but message us and we'll fix it ASAP.

2021-08-25 20:19:33 +0000 UTCmake sure your patreon account is connected to your discord account in settings; you may have to cancel and reapply as a member to be added to the discord? at least, that's what worked for me.
