Hey boys, I would like to correct the facts about Jackie Chan. He's strict but only because he's a total perfectionist. He even did one scene from a movie (forgot the movie title) where he had to reshoot a scene over and over. Also the only reason he gives shit to his son is because his song is a piece of crap that likes to shine in his father limelight. Sorry for the rant. Jackie Chan came to our country once for charity and my father personally was part of the team that met with him. Also I'm an avid fan boy....Again sorry.

I get what Kayas saying - having a million pokemon figures in your room when your a grown ass adult is weird. But if you legit like something, who the fuck cares if it’s made for kids? I like MLP, got some cool artwork from conventions, even a few of the comics, which have some phenomenal cover art. Yeah, I know it’s weird, but heaven forbid I enjoy something that ain’t grim, dark edgy, Kaya. When I’m walking down the street with a pony backpack and shit, you can be the first to kick me in the balls, but I don’t feel bad about liking what I like in healthy moderation.

To elaborate on the media making a poster child out of discoveries, I love how they make poster children out of people (because they are a woman) who did help but many others help as well but don't prompt up actual people who developed important techniques or discoveries in the science. For example, the two main people who discovered Cas-9 CRISPR one of the most incredible discoveries in microbiology/genetics/bioinformatics were women; but yet the media with an actual example of women making important discovers don't care (care in the sense of using it as a political statement; keep in mind I am glad they did cause they shouldn't be doing that). Another example is a woman who spent several years on discovering the structure of the ribosome (a bundle of RNA which is the reason how a DNA is read) how long it can take to discover structures of biological molecules and how difficult it is to do this its quite remarkable; she won a noble prize for this and has allowed us to better understand gene expression and develop new antibiotics. The point is its absurd how the media will unfairly prompt a person of a team of many up purely for a political statement but ignore genuine examples of women doing amazing things in science. Of course, the fact a woman or a man discovered anything is mostly irrelevant anyway the fact someone did something amazing in the first place should be celebrated; but yet again everything if fucking political as per usual
