July Extra Chapter

Here's the poll for the July extra chapter! One vote per patron, it will close on the 8th.

Stranger

A piece centered on Hanno and Antigone, set in the years they spent under the tutelage of the Gigantes.

Refuge II

The second half of the eponymous predecessor, a piece centered on the years five pupils spent under Ranger and how that time shaped the Named they all became.

Hellhound

A look at Juniper's childhood and early years in the College, studying how they shaped the woman she grew into.

Comments

Part II may win this month, but it's still good data overall. Both Hellhound and Stranger look appealing thus far based on the poll, so they'll probably stick around for the next poll.

Mand

I agree with this. Hellhound seems like it could be good. But Refuge II is obviously gonna be chosen.

Tim

If he were a lesser quality writer it's theoretically possible to not be that into after part I and want to change. But since Roland my faith is unshakeable

Stranger sounds fascinating. The Gigantes are still very mysterious.

Spencer

I hope you won't get rid of Juniper's option for the next poll. Refuge II is obviously going to win since people want to finish the story, but I really want to see Juniper explored more as a character at some point.

Besides, all of the Extra Chapters go public once the book is complete. While we may pay for the privilege of an extra chapter a month, it is not like the chapters are pay walled forever. Public Readers will get all the backlog in one go. They get to enjoy the main story and then have dozens of extra new chapters to enjoy once they are done.

Yeah you have to market your work well if you want to get paid. If you like EEs work pay 1$ a month, that is so low, and you get all the content early. If he isnt worth 1$ then you probably arent even reading it all/ not caught up. I want EE to live a well paid life so he spends all his work hours in a big house writing great stories.

You mean the people paying to support the artist are getting an extremely small (but much appreciated) bonus in getting to read a handful of chapters early? That segregation? Get a grip and stop whining you absolute child, EE isn't arbitrarily selecting people to be lower-class. I'd like to be handed everything on a silver platter too, but sadly life doesn't work that way.

Oh no. I want all of them

Nicholas Guyett

At this rate you'd might as well poll for two month chunks of Part I and II. No-one's going to interrupt a story halfway through.
