Bonus #50: Washing Away Our Sins
Added 2020-02-28 21:02:05 +0000 UTCTsunamis vs Wildfires, which do you guys think is the more destructive? Are you team Jackson (shocking that Jackson stands on his own again) or team Kaya, Andrew, Charlie?
Comments
kaya's got to be just fucking around with jackson theres no way any organism with a brain would compare being set on fire to pouring a glass of water on someones head

2023-05-13 19:56:43 +0000 UTCik this is an older ep. now but holy shit these were some retarded arguments lmao, jackson was the only person who wasnt acting brain dead. still love u boys tho <3

2022-06-26 22:17:45 +0000 UTCYou’re all stupid tsunami’s aren’t just water they’re literally all the debris, cars, trees, bricks, mud and everything else lol. Wildfires kill next to no people except from the hot shots(arborists) but tsunamis and flooding usually kill loads thousands of people.

2022-05-28 17:38:29 +0000 UTCThe reason nothing can live in fire is because there is no natural fire ecosystems. If the oceans were made of fire we’d most likely be fire-proof and breathe CO2

2021-11-07 01:13:13 +0000 UTCYeah.....Water isnt bad. Just put up barriers. Tell that to the flood that destroyed half my town. I lost SOOO many personal things Ill never get back. Stuff from my now dead mom. The barriers dam/levies/dikes just made it much worse because so much was trying to be held back that it just erupted.

2021-07-18 00:11:42 +0000 UTCJackson literally did not change his argument and slowly charlie and Andrew argued against it so hard that they realised they were wrong lmao

2021-04-13 22:29:18 +0000 UTCTeam jackson, you're fucking stupid if you can think you can stop a wall of water taller than your house

2020-11-22 21:25:24 +0000 UTCThere isn't a single thing that can live in a fucking tsunami either.
2020-04-09 10:16:04 +0000 UTCWater is really damn destructive even though it isn't as flashy as fire.

2020-03-16 14:52:22 +0000 UTCShit, gotta leave a second comment about the thing lol. The things biggest thing is he has more willpower than any other character in marvel. I forget who it was but in the comics he went against a god level guy who beat him senseless a dozen times, but eventually gave up because the thing had so much willpower that even though he was broken he kept fighting forever.
2020-03-06 08:11:46 +0000 UTCDude, fire is devastating, but water is literally the most destructive force on our planet. Fires end and eventually lead to new life, water if left unchecked will permanently destroy any chance at a possible rebirth (for us obviously, or fish, sea creatures, nessy, etc.)
2020-03-06 08:03:15 +0000 UTCRegardless of Charlie's pretty flawless arguments gotta go with Jackson on this one.

2020-03-02 14:41:05 +0000 UTCMr. Robot is my favorite show, thanks for vouching for it Jackson
2020-03-01 04:36:06 +0000 UTCLmao Kaya even if you were the best swimmer in the world, tsunamis are historically known to mess with sewage and bacterial waste, which mixes with the water, so it isn’t even safe to swim in. Any form on exposure to tsunami water could potentially lead to serious infection even days after everything is cleared up. You are literally swimming in human waste and other garbage. You can’t “just swim”.
2020-03-01 03:51:55 +0000 UTCAnyone would but that was never my argument. I would prefer to drown than burn, but a tsunami is far more destructive and worse for a community than a fire most of the time. -J

2020-03-01 00:15:51 +0000 UTCBut fire hurt more, checkmate

2020-02-29 13:15:24 +0000 UTCAll I'm saying is I'd rather die to a tsunami than a fire.

2020-02-29 08:58:47 +0000 UTCEveryone except Jackson made themselves seem so fucking stupid this episode. Not only is a Tsunami atleast 50 times more destructable than fire, but the meere inpact of a wave with this power, slams you into the ground so hard that almost everyone hit dies instantly. Fucking Kaya talking bout learning to swim...
2020-02-29 08:37:38 +0000 UTCOh yeah fire also actually causes a lot of our native plants to resprout which I think is pretty fucking cool
Spud
2020-02-29 01:53:35 +0000 UTCBushfires are actually a natural part of Australia’s ecosystem (for example eucalyptus seeds only germinate under extreme heat such as fire) so I’m gonna have to go with tsunamis. This recent bushfire season has been fucking insane and isn’t natural but typically they actually greatly benefit our environment.

2020-02-29 01:48:49 +0000 UTCPeople love to be outraged about stuff they don't research. The Panama papers have lead to a lot more than anyone cares to admit. Many people got arrested, many laws were changed in many countries. Even companies changed their transparency policies and a lot of people got fired or had to resign. I suggest checking out this website if you're actually interested in seeing the good that came from the Panama Papers: https://www.icij.org/investigations/panama-papers/what-happened-after-the-panama-papers/
