2021-01-22 09:29:27 +0000 UTCIf you guys are feeling ballsy do the Ranger Physical Fitness Test , 2 minutes of push-ups (49 minimum) 2 minutes of sit ups (59 minimum) a 5-mile run in under 40 minutes followed by 6 strict pull-ups.

2021-01-20 11:57:41 +0000 UTCIn my country at the age of 16 you have to be able to do 40 push ups for the highest grade (10), from 14 boys in my class only 4 failed (I did 39 push up, the other 3 did above 30 as well) so 10 kids were able to do 40(without rest)
