Episode #227 - Kong vs Godzilla vs Cancel Culture

Yeah imo cancel culture for bs SA claims are brought to Twitter because they don't have the evidence nor funds to win a court case but if they bring it to Twitter you have people who already didn't like the person and people who associate bs SA claims with real ones or their own personal trauma and want this person to suffer and it then spawns people to flood comments and chats with people calling the person a horrible person and the hope is the harassment will lead to that person getting off the internet because the mental strain plus decrease in revenue makes it harder to last. It's stupid but that's the world we live in now.

I love Godzilla, the original japanese movies, the 98 film set in Manhattan, and even the 2014 movie, i love them The 2014 movie isnt a monster movie about monsters, it was more like cloverfield in that it was a movie about a group of people surviving the rampage of monsters and thats what godzilla movies have always been, they've always focused on the people rather than what the monster is doing KoM is where problems started to arise because the story wasnt interesting and at times didnt make sense, it doesnt matter how strong the monster is, a nuclear bomb going off a few feet from their face is going to hurt them not heal them, much like the mutos from the first film they needed to feed the bomb to godzilla, also, how did the rubble of that place not trap and bury him forever But GvK was horrible, so many problems, the two that stands out the most is Skarsgards character is a scientist, he shouldn't have any knowledge of flying a normal helicopter, but somehow he was able to fly a vehicle that had just been created, the other is that they scanned a rock, found it held a new type of radiation, and then without having that rock on the surface with them they were able to recreate that radiation, correct me if im wrong but thats not how that works Only corrections i have to make is that the three stooges, MBB kid deadpool and Blacklex jones, their parts were there to show why godzilla was attacking that company and how that company was bad, it was still done badly but they had a reason for being there, and the final fight scene between godzilla and kong, then godzilla and mecha, then all three is not 40 minutes, its more like 20 There is so many other problems with this movie, i think instead of a movie format if they did a miniseries of several one hour episodes like jack ryan they would be able to flesh everything out more and not need to force so much into so little time

Kaya you're a little bit off when you say blockchain transactions aren't anonymous . The transactions are PUBLIC, yes, but who is sending and who is receiving is not. You could literally send bitcoin directly to an FBI honeypot and they still would not to be able to identify you from the blockchain transaction alone. For example if I bought an illegally traded cum covered cheetah poster from you with bitcoin, and then the cops get a hold of your laptop and your wallet, I'm still completely safe. They won't be able to find out who I am just because they have the address I used to send it. The address is a one time use public key that is created cryptographically from my private key. The only way to deduce my private key from the public key is to break the encryption the entire blockchain uses. The blockchain has zero identifying information on it. The transactions being public does not mean that you can tell who is sending crypto to who.

I thought the movie was dope, people suck, I don’t even think that was peoples fault, it’s just that no one’s wants to watch these movies for the people so we go in predisposed to hate them, not that I’m any different I hated most of that too, nonetheless, the fights made the whole thing worth it. They also don’t vilify Godzilla at all, the entire time he’s fucking shit up people are saying they don’t know why, the people in the know are CONSTANTLY saying that there’s a reason why he’s going crazy. There’s no blood feud either, it’s a battle for dominance to see whos the apex predator, it’s literally shoved down your throat the whole movie, crazy that anybody could miss that
