2021-07-16 00:21:42 +0000 UTCI rewatched the entire series in order recently, I hadn't touched season 8 since it premiered. You can tell the show starts to shit the bed during season 7 episode 4 Spoils of War. It's not a coincidence that also happens to be the same episode they start shoehorning in a certain relationship. 8 starts out strong with the first 2 episodes, but watching the battle of Winterfell made me want to turn it off and almost not finish. The rest of the show prior is still fantastic, the true victim is season 6 being soo good and then 7 & 8 coming in and saying fuck you

GOT ending did spoil a lot of the overall experience of the show for me, but not all of it.. battle of the bastards, Tyrion’s trial, the red wedding. My comment was mostly towards them always bringing up how shitty game of thrones ended.. and they always say the same things lol I’d just love to hear them talk about their favorite moments for a change haha that’s all.
