On the topic of water shortages: FriendlyJordies, the Australian youtuber whose employee was basically abducted by a politician the other month published a documentary about politicians basically stealing what water we do have en masse. It's fucking deplorable.

California has traffic and shitty people but good neighborhoods outside of city with plenty of different beaches, hiking trails, amusement parks, and theaters. The biggest con is how expensive it is.

Kansas is definitely not a desert, we get a ton of rain in the spring and summer. Kaya just so you know Kansas city is nice to live in, it's nothing like that small town life you're talking about. :)

Sorry to jump on the "defend California" bandwagon, but it's sad that 90-95% of people think California is 163,000 square miles of Los Angeles. The traffic, million dollar shacks, desert, all that is coming from the LA/Orange County area (and San Francisco rush hour gor traffic, but that's every big city's rush hour). Anyway, the farming is done in central California, which is Mediterranean climate and probably Wisconsin levels of nothing to do.

I will not stand for such California slander! I moved to la for school and stayed because it's dope. The traffic *can* be tough but it really doesn't affect life as much as advertised. Also yeah there are some shitty influencers and stuff but it's not everyone. You can find great, non-douch people if👏you👏just👏socialise👏with👏people👏who👏aren't👏douches👏. Good people can be found anywhere if you're a good judge of character! (unless you're involved in entertainment, then yeah everyone around that is garbage) *exhales* ok that is all.

There is still TONS of porn on Tumblr. The thing is if that certain words are banned from search and if you try to search them, nothing will show up in search results. You have to get creative what you search for. If you search "NSFW" or "Not Safe For Work", you'll get no results. But if you just search "Not Safe" or "NSFT" (which stands for Not Safe For Tumblr), you get plenty of shit. You generally won't find super explicit stuff in search results but if you go to the blogs that posted or reblogged any of that stuff, you're bound to find more explicit stuff.
