2023-03-25 06:17:40 +0000 UTCPeople that steal are criminals.but we need to also understand people that have money don’t usually steal. Class separation creates larger groups that resort to stealing. Places like Walmart have insurance against theft that does protect them. So yes no one is hurt but also it’s not something that should be promoted or praised. Also It is weird when a minimum wage employee is willing to put their life in danger to save a loaf of bread when that only helps Mr. Wall himself 😂. Additionally Walmart doesn’t put stores in low income areas already. That’s why most of the time if you live in the hood you only have dollar generals or corner stores to shop at anyways so if wallmart leaves an area it’s most likely because the land value is lowered.. they don’t actually care about theft that must because of the insurance they use it as an excuse and I was told to do the same in the past.

But even in my position the prospect of that happening is scary. Breaking into a car is pretty close to B&E to your house. My personal stuff is in there and I rely on it for my safety and comforts. Having that violated is no small deal. California is a decade away from being in total 3rd world conditions. What a mess

But that ignores people stealing from small stores with tighter profit margins, and like how Kaya said that enough shoplifting can cause a large megacorp to leave, costing jobs

On the other hand, you could keep the unswapping method a secret from the mom, distract her for a bit, do the deed with her body and clean up the evidence, and take the secret to the grave (Unless the 2nd swap is instant, then good luck)
