But there's also a large majority of young men and women who know pretty much everything you do except obviously not including the old tech. The last time I used a disk to download something was when I got a new wifi adapter recently and had to install the drivers without internet access. It was more convenient than getting them via my phone or laptop and transferring them to my PC. Also, if Kaya is married now does that mean the Jackya (Jackson/Kaya) ship has finally sunk?

The remake is pretty good, but the original RE 4 is better. The gameplay of the original absolutely holds up and is only slightly edged out by the remake. The level design in the remake is better, but the music is too subtle and not quite as good. However, what really holds back the remake from surpassing the original is the loss of the campy dialogue and voice acting. The interactions are just so much more stale and forgettable. All the funny codec moments where the villains call up Leon to talk shit got removed and are sorely missed. The villains are just characterized worse in the remake. Ashley is much better, though, so points to Capcom for that, I guess.

I had a similar experience to Andrew with RE4, but only really with the sniper scope. I literally had to use iron sights because it was so jarring to ads with it. Also Light spoilers but I'm kinda mad they got rid of the giant Statue chase, but I'm glad they got rid of X-23

There are plenty of manual labor jobs I doubt AI can replace. I'm in pest control and I can't imagine a way it will realistically do my job for me or better.

Funny you mention the disk Andrew, my family has a dilemma where someone wants a CD ripped that they burned back in the early 2000s, but not a single soul we know has a computer that has a disk drive in it, nor anyone who felt the need to buy an external one. Having to make a trip to Best Buy today

Both RE4 and the remake were great. They’re similar enough to not cause issue with fans and different enough that I could justify playing both to get different experiences.
