I'm getting ready to start doing the monthly After Reports, which is a new Patreon exclusive series of ~30 minute episodes where I'll answer patron questions about the episodes released. I personally really like the cryptid stuff, since there’s so much freedom with how you can present it and have fun with it (at least from my view), but I’d like to hear your opinion on it. I’d say every episode gets good once you get into the conspiracies though, that’s like the best part

It’s a little different since a creepypasta is more like an internet legend like Sonic.exe or Jack the Killer, while urban legends are stuff like Bloody Mary or The Hook. Not that I would mind seeing either though, I think a creepypasta might just be cool too if it’s done right

The Fouke/Boggy Creek monster which is not only the Arkansas exclusive bigfoot, but (to my knowledge) is the first cryptid to have a movie made about it. 2. The Town that Dreaded Sundown killer, who stalked and terrorized Texarkana in 1946. I have personal history with the events since my Grandmother lived through the event, nailing her windows with her father and personally knowing Polly Ann Moore, who was the Texarkana Phantom's victim during his first double homicide

2024-03-18 11:28:49 +0000 UTCAbout the heavens gate leader; I noticed that he stood out from other cult leaders in the sense that while other leaders abused their powers to rack in a million wives and make a billion kids, Applewhite instead went the route of celibacy from the beginning to the very end, going so far as to have himself and his closest followers castrated. I saw this as a connection to what happened during his music professor years when he was fired for having a gay relationship with a student, and that his belief of celibacy stemmed from some sort of fear or trauma concerning his own sexuality. I have to imagine that if he grew up as either a closeted or conflicted gay man from the 40's-60's in the south, likely in a strict Christian household and community, it probably didn't help to keep him from going crazypants later on. I'm curious if you found any info during your research to corroborate this specific theory, or any relevant info regarding his early years that may have contributed to his later cult beliefs in general? as always ty you for all the work you do jackson, everytime a new red thread episode drops while I'm at work it instantly makes my day better

Maybe do real event one week, cryptoid the next week, real event next week and so on. For a stretch there it was like all the same. As for content would love to hear about; -Seven Gates of Hell in Pennsylvania -Polybuis -Lochness Monster -Jersey Devil -Roswell crash/or any other alien and or ufo event -Not sure where urban legends will stand of the show, But would love to her about Ben Drowned, Pokemon Creepy Black, Mount Silver, and Dead Bart.

Honestly the disappearance of Charles Morgan was my favorite but only cause I hadn't heard about that before and found it super interesting. Only major feedback is although I'm sure the true crime stuff does better I'd love slightly more cryptid episodes. Thanks for all the hard work you guys all put into these shows, they make my nightshifts a lot less boring.

And this example includes around 6 cameras, in minimum security portions of the jail. This makes the whole Jeffery Epstein camera fiasco seem way more improbable as I work in a similar climate.
