The 2pac thing isn't a "conspiracy" 2Pacs murderer himself (Keefe D) ,who was arrested recently for the murder of 2pac, snitched and straight up said that Diddy paid him a million dollars to either kill 2Pac or Suge Knight. Also there is a LAPD Detective by the name of Greg Kading that was tasked to look into Biggies assassination in 2006 and he has been saying for years that he Keefe D was 2Pacs killer and that he had gotten him to admit to him that P Diddy did in fact pay for the assassination to take place. Suge Knight then retaliated when Biggie came to LA and got him killed. It's actually insane that this very now public information isn't that known.

Blowing the whistle on him "earlier" like is difficult when you take into consideration that during the 90s Era, his security detail contained off duty police officers who were already complicit in covering up his crimes for money and the reputation of him killing "unimportant" people that weren't famous likely weren't unwarranted. Had he not become more emboldened and greedy in later life and continued staying relatively low key and abusing inexperienced people like he did 20 years ago, I think he would've been unstoppable.
