Because it never snows in Texas. The average winter temperature in that state is like 50° Fahrenheit. So yeah, obviously a little snow becomes a big issue as people in southern states often don't even bother purchasing four wheel drive cars. It is an extremely different, very warm climate, and there is zero reason to take precaution for snow because it virtually never happens, nevermind accumulates. You live in Norway, where like the more northern US, snow is a given. And like the northern US, it's no big issue because they've adapted. Totally different. The argument against parts of Europe here is the fact that they routinely have moderately warm and very muggy weather, it is a constant complaint, yet there's a million things they can be doing to make it more tolerable. And they often don't.

It's just that what they got looks like such a departure from the previous games both visually and tonally that it's lost its identity. They might as well have made a new ip because whats been shown of veilguard looks nothing like what the actual fans of the series were yearning for. From my perspective it seems as though the current team at Bioware has no love for the series. In conclusion I think the criticism for what's been shown of the new game is reasonable.

Those are fucking miserably conditions no matter where you are and people who live in those places just deal with it. Plus the Sun is more direct in Florida so if anything it'd feel worse there. The south of UK maybe sees anything comparable to that once a year. I live in a place that will on rare occasions see 100F+ with 90+ humidity in the summer while seeing 50F below zero in the winter, and we just deal with it. The houses where I live are objectively build to store heat even moreso than European houses yet we're still able to make it comfortable in the height of summer with portable ac units. I ain't that bad. I think Andrew was right when he said Europeans just like to bitch and complain about Americans.

BUT every person 40+ that sees it is complaining because apparently 1. how can I do that to the environment and 2. how can I pay that much money for electricity. Bitch, I'd much rather pay an extra 10€ a month in electricity than have a room temperature of 35°C+ (95°F) all summer long!

I live in a 70 year old house and it's just made to trap heat cus in England it's literally winter 80% of the year, so it's better to have houses built this way. But for the summer? We've bought AC and we're fine 😂 it's just that AC is extortionate here to have it fitted in your house because nobody does it and I don't understand why either. But again, the news saying we're all moaning is completely untrue. You should know not to believe journalists by now! Most Brits were enjoying the sun 😂
