Then android 21 starts to move around in Bulma's stomach. Similar to how super Buu did vegito in DBZ. And for Bulma she's wearing her DBS outfit with the red scarf.

So hmmmm maybe the mii vore animation could have more interactions from within. Like Diana grows inside of mt lady which causes effects on mii herself. Tho that leads into the next suggestion time. Which at that point it be mt lady’s turn to grow XD.
