Tbh I’m really liking the concept of tog I think you guys would enjoy the show

I think just because its recent it gets hype and more views on youtube. But honestly they should be watching cowboy bebop, vinland saga, tanya the evil, etc I think would all suit them more.

For the unique art style, I believe the studio wanted to pay homage to the original webtoon which at the start had a very similar art style. Also, the story of Tower of God or TOG is crazy good and the world-building is awesome.

It’s definitely different and interesting, there’s pretty cool action and fight scenes but the focus is more on plot and world building and it’s based of the Korean webtoon (manwha) rather than a manga, heard people call it “the One Piece of manhwa” so that should def mean something lmao

First 5 episodes... I'm intrigued, want to see where the story goes. The animation is sort of a hand drawn style, looks older, before digital animation... takes getting used to but works well with the story I think, and you come to enjoy it. Watch it.

It's interesting so far, art is good and character models themselves are hand drawn if I'm not mistaken. I say this is a good choice.

Yeah I watched all 5 episodes and its fucking amazing its popping you need to check it out I recommend it heavy and its not based on a manga it's based off of a Korean Webtoon

I've been trying to catch up on the manhwa but where at I'm right now the whole thing has been fantastic so far. It's one of my favorites in my opinion The anime itself is going good so far, there will only be 13 episodes for this first season though so they are progressing through chapters really fast to end at the point I think they will end at.
