That's why Endorsi already has the title of Princes of Jahad which we can see in the show as she's way stronger than all the other people there right now.

Each floor of the tower has a "Guardian", and in order to use Shinsu effectively on the floor, you have to make a contract with the Guardian. But the Guardian on the Floor of Tests (the floor Baam is on) tells Baam that making this contract will only be a shackle for someone like him (remember that Baam is an irregular).
