So they had to rush a lot with this, and they basically had to throw Korras development out of the window and take her to square one. Which is why she might seem so bratty. They are doing that so they can develop her all over again. Blame Nickelodeon, not the creators or the writers. And spirits are cool. Its been a part of avatar since the beginning, its about time we get spiritual info. Get out of here with that. And also guys don't always skip over the recap, I hope at least you watch them. If not, you miss important stuff sometimes. Like this one, 6 months have passed since book 1, and there's an elected president now, the council is disbanded.
