He thinks so highly of himself that every time anything could make him challenge that in his own head it severely pisses him off. That's why Deku offering to help him makes him so mad. Because how could some quirkless kid who can't do anything possibly help the greatest person in the world? It's blasphemous, so it makes him extremely angry. Same thing with his deep rage at Todoroki for the festival. Him not getting a real win against someone he is worried can beat him makes him have to live with doubt in himself instead of having that question answered.

2018-07-08 05:22:42 +0000 UTCGenerally, humans take after their parents due to nurture; it is also due to the fact parents are typically the only people you see in your first years of life. *Kind of a spoiler ahead* ...... bakugos mom has an agressive personality. And as you saw before bakugo was over praised for his quirk when he was young, which was the sauce that took him to the tipping point of his pride. All this blended together to create a superiority complex, which gives him drive but actively creates seeming disrecpect towards evreyone else.
