Chris is correct Lancer has 2 noble phantasms. Saber assumed he just had one and believed it was the red spear but she didnt think he might have two as it is rare for a servant to have more than one. The red spear Penetrates any magic and it's basically an anti magic spear that can be used to block or destroy magic including armors or barriers made from magic. The gold spear inflicts cursed wounds that cannot be healed by magic or through medicine. Unlike other typical noble phantasms both the spears have passive skills that are always operating and don't need to actually be activated to use their abilities
