2022-03-11 16:51:56 +0000 UTCOne more thing, as of right now it seems like Sola-ui (Kayneth's wife) doesn't actually want the grail itself and just doing this right now because of her affection towards Lancer and her only true purpose of taking the seal it to make him hers. Don't know if we will get to know her true purpose later or not but it seem like the case right now. Well all of this is just my own deduction from the show so far so take it with a grain of salt. Looking forwards to more of Fate.

Lancer has a cursed mole under his eye that charm every woman upon looking at it. The woman in his flashback is his origin master's wife and she fell in love with him, thus she manipulated him into running away with her and betrayed his master. After being summoned his only wish is to being a loyal servant which he couldn't do in his past life but ironically in this life too, his master also has a wife and she also fell in love with him and manipulated him again. He also realized it, hence "she has the same looks" line, and thus cursed his fate.

2022-03-11 14:51:39 +0000 UTCWhat are you guys confused about with the servants looking the same in the past and present ? They are supposed to look the same because they are heroic spirits. They have been summoned into this world exactly as they looked when they died. The only addition being that depending on the relic and what incantations their master used to summon them, they may be summoned into a different class. All servants have multiple classes they are compatible with based on their legends. Their bodies aren't physical they are Astral beings since they're spirits but they can still affect the physical world. Though the physical world has no effect on them. So for example a building falling on a servant wouldn't kill them only noble phantasms can wound them because they attack them at the spiritual level
