Should we skip the DAVY BACK GAMES Arc in One Piece ?

I'm actually liked the Foxy Episodes and was talking about watching them alongside the last two episodes while skipping the fillers parts and the rest of the fillers till the introduction happens, but I couldn't remember the exact episodes numbers and the internet kept giving me mix information about it somehow. But it looks like I'm the only one who likes it.

2024-11-29 14:36:39 +0000 UTCHonestly if you think Long Ring Long Land arc is dragging, you can just skip to the Manga material, since the episodes you on at the moment are just anime only, check the filler list to see "Manga Canon" rather than "Anime Canon" for reference.

There are canon parts in this arc, but many don't realize it since it's one of the sillier arcs and even seem to ignore a certain appearance the shows up in the arc. Trying to not spoil anything but this character is important, and it would be confusing letter if you miss the introduction (I can't seem to format my comment for some reason). Then again, this character doesn't show up till the second or last of the arc.

2024-11-29 03:29:39 +0000 UTCI'm not sure what you're asking when answering this poll. Are you asking if you should skip? (I'd vote yes) Are you asking is it worth it? (I'd vote no). Technically, half of the arc is ACTUAL FILLER in the anime. As long as you watch the last episode or two of the arc, you're fine.

2024-11-29 03:09:20 +0000 UTCare you asking us to skip or if its worth it? the canon goes until 212 i think and the rest of the arc is anime cannon (filler), so its normal to get that filler vibe. the arc itself is cannon but the anime decided to add more episodes cos it was close to the manga. (its much shorter in the manga) if you guys want to get back into the cannon just start watching the last 2 minutes of episode 226. But i recommend watching the last 2 eps of the arc (just skip 220-225 those are actual filler) for reaction purposes since youve already watched the cannon I think its best to skip but watch the last 2 eps of the arc. the videos may not perform well but what comes after is peak. I know a couple of fans will be mad that you wont be finishing it, since there is one thing that most fans will probably want to see your reaction to a couple episodes ahead and just to respect odas work. I skipped it when I watched OP the first time, but I think you guys will benefit watching it on your own (one pace) if yall do decide to skip it, so you still know what happens, since it is cannon after all. all I know is whenever a reacting channel decides to skip this small arc there tends to be backlash on youtube/the community. Its happened to rice&ginger a few weeks ago
