that guy that animated that fighting scene sakuga at 18:19 of the reaction is a (toei) one piece animator named vincent chansard, hes done a lot of current op episodes with sick animation and is a big op fan himself from france. since op is on a 6 month hiatus rn hes able to work on other shows, and op was his first big gig if I remember correctly and all his scenes usually go viral in the community bc of how good they are. also did a scene for jjk season 2. cant wait for yall to get to modern op and see how insane his work is
