Quick refresher on the D and Sakurama situation from last season, Sakurama and D are in a sort of competition to "fix" the ranger force. D intends to kill the main rangers while Sakurama is trying to fix the corruptness of the rangers from the shadows. He also got his face burned from the acid attack of the blue cadet that was attacking them, anime censored it for some reason when it happened.
