Yeah. I'd say ep 500+ has questionable pacing at times. Some arcs are much worse than others.

2023-10-18 23:57:40 +0000 UTCAh yes. The Buggy adventures are 1 page cover stories over a few chapters in the manga, so they are canon events. The anime fleshed out those handful of pages into full episodes. It's like writing an essay from an outline. I think the anime should have done this more, especially since folks always complain about the anime's slow pace in later episodes.
