Sorry if that was a spoiler but I thought you already knew that atleast Chris did figure that out based on the reaction in episode 17

Yuji is in a fight RIGHT NOW, if he dies, RIGHT NOW, while Sukuna is still inside him, he WILL die. Unless you wanna spoil the exact details of how hes gonna take over Megumis body too while you're at it. 2023-12-14 22:12:14 +0000 UTCDude. Sukuna has 0 motive to have itadori eat all the fingers in the first place because even if he did he wouldnt be able to permanently take over. (This is why jogo was suggesting he make a pact with itadori using hostages to force him to give up the body). The reason why sukuna hates itadori so much in the first place is that he can't take over itadori. Remember that scene when he was fed 10 fingers by jogo. Geto said that even if itadori ate all 20 fingers he would be able to contain sukuna as a vessel (he can't take over his body permanently). Only reason sukuna managed to do so this time temporarily was cause he took 10 fingers in 1 sitting and his body couldn't adapt fast enough

I figured it was the thing Gojo did in the train station since they showed that flash of him, but I couldn't remember exactly what Gojo did until i read what Mahito was doing back again. -Johnny .. The rest of it I didn't pick up on, or just forgot. These last few episodes have been FAST, they def crammed a ton of detail into these fights

He is not the 9 tailed fox he doesn't give a fuck what happens to itadori he wants itadori to suffer and doesn't care if he dies. This isn't a case of when a main character has a demon inside them that eventually becomes friends with the main character. Sukuna is a straight up villain and he always will be. This has been built up from the 1st season. If you think back to all the scenes where itadori needed sukuna and would've died (4 times so far) sukuna only helped him 1 time in season 1 and he only agreed to help him if itadori agreed to make a deal with him that anytime he wanted he can take over itadoris body for 1 minute (keep this In mind as this is a really important detail from season 1 )

2023-12-14 20:45:19 +0000 UTCAll the things you guys missed below: 1. Todos arm was undergoing transfiguration because he got touched slightly by mahitos domain expansion so todo cut it off. They emphasized that detail so I'm shocked u didn't pick up on that. Especially because he was literally fighting mahito with only 1 hand for 30 seconds. 2. Since todo lost his arm and he needs to clap to use his switch he gambled on the fact that he could still pull it off by clapping mahitos hand without losing his life to his transfiguration ability if he did it fast enough and switched with yuji who hit him with black flash to disrupt his technique. This scene was hot you should've picked up on this. He didn't clap his own hands but used his enemy to clap his one remaining hand which was cool af cause we didn't know he could do that 3. Mahito used a 0.2 second domain expansion the same way that gojo did his in the subway against the other curses in order to limit the impact. He learned how to do It just by watching gojo do it showing his genius. Also if you recall mahito was only Weeks old in first season when he learned to do domain expansion. He had insane potential and genius talent as a curse. This is why you see that internal scene with sukuna because he assumed that if it was only 0.2 seconds long that sukuna would be ok with him touching his soul and even if he wasn't it wouldn't matter because he planned to kill itadori before he switched with him anyway. He also assumed sukuna had some kind of back up plan just in case that itadori dies ( also hinted at with megumi scene and also uraume). 4. The double impact scene is just itadoris bad habit we saw it twice before In this season and it was always a thing since season 1 where itadoris punch has a double impact. The first impact is from his punch the second is from his cursed energy.

Also they explained that no one could do black flash at will in season 1 when yuji first used it. The crazy thing was that mahito noticed itadori was so focused that he made black flash look easy as if he could do it at will
