Couple points... that was Asuna using her character's terraforming ability to move the ground beneath his foot to dodge his swing. That's why she immediately had head pains, she could barely use it at this point. Also, Kirito's been without his arm this entire battle, he lost it in the fight with the pontifex. There's also a fragment of Eugeo's memory left within the sword, from when he converted himself into the sword. That's what the guy on the outside saw on his laptop coming from an object in the underworld. It's kind of similar for Asuna and Yuuki... by giving Asuna her sword skill, there's a fragment of her memory there with Asuna. Same as when she used it in the movie.
