Himiko had enough of being tickled herself and jumped off of the cross, aiding Mina in torturing poor Jirou out of her mind.

So Jirou was able to set one of her arms free and now she and Mina have a little fun with Himiko's feet right in front of them. Maybe it is because she is flustered or she doesn't have her second hand to tickle but using her tongue apparently seems fun to Jirou!
