Any advice for sores under belly flap?

My underbelly has severe irritation and sores from wearing a belt and jeans this week. I have to either be naked or wear pants over my belly at this point to avoid pain. Has anyone else experienced or know anyone who experienced this?

4 years ago I was a cocky jock with very little body fat, today I’m a jolly fat hog who can’t even tie his own shoes.
