No they didn't removed her arms, she was already missing them. But they operated and removed the attachments/implants for her war prosthetics, so she's now a regular armless girl again.

Still on my idea of restraining her more than in Louis's draft, they installed this metal bar on the connectors for her prosthetics, so even if she manages to escape, she can't equip her arm-weapons without the key.
