V0.4 Android Release

Hey guys,

I have briefly tested it with an emulator that I found - but if you find any bugs that are gamebreaking please let me know immediately.

There was a problem with attacking others on the battlemap- since the scouts didn´t return- and you most likely need that to attack Bafur … I must have tweaked some values in the code accidental...

I implemented everything I wanted to by now and am just waiting for the last bit of art to be finished by TheLustLord.
