Nina is ready to get dressed, by her caregiver, but her caregiver is undisciplined. He tend to be late, irresponsible, rude or "happily" teasing Nina. 

Now he is staring at her, and as Nina is still quite rude and hateful against her carer, he kinda "enjoy" this.. She is still hateful ...
