Friday off here before I work Sunday afternoon.
Some icy nights have given ice in my cold tub. It doesnโt happen often here in Danmark. Icy water works immediately ๐ ๐ 4min in water.

I was finally able to experience the sunrise in the sea yesterday.
It doesnโt happen much lately that sun shines for us here in Denmark ๐ฅน. But yesterday we were able to see the most spectacular sunrise- and it was my day off- perfect๐คฉ in every way.

Ice bath makes me feel reborn, refreshed and relaxed . I can definitely recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately the winters are not as cold as I like them to be, and the frosty weather comes rarely.
