Getting some vitamin D.. Did I tell you that my vitamin D levels were in the healthy range? I believe it's due to the fact that I get lots of direct sunlight on skin that isn't protected with sunscreen. I wear sunscreen if I'm going to be in the sun for long enough that I know I'll burn otherwise...
