A small hack that adds fatalities to the game.
Leo - "Heads Up" - Down, Back, Punch [Close]
Raph - "Kali Ma" - Down, Back, Punch [Close]
Mike - "Turtle Power" - Down, Down, Down [Far]

I've squashed the bugs, so here is the public version.
A small hack that adds a fatality to the game.
Fatality works for the final round and the character that can do it (Leo).
Leo [Heads Up]: Down, Back, Punch
IPS patch can be applied with Lunar IPS or any similar tool.

I felt terrible last couple of days, but, thankfully, I remembered that I like fiddling with NES a lot.
