Metal Sonic - Concept Design for Fan Project
Like my design for Sonic, Metal Sonic is heavily inspired by his design in Sonic CD, made proportional to him. Also simplified his joints to make his animation more fluid, rather than realistic mechanical animation of the anime.

Added flat colors to the mermaid version of Ryuko Matoi. Based her tail slightly around a mako shark.
I'll finish adding the shadows and highlights later, but I wanted to at least put her base colors in.
