Getting there

Alright so I think I managed to fix the broken back-end Benefits Tracker.
The main issue was that it would sometimes double up a persons name and it took additional time to scrub to ensure that I wasn't sending 1 book out 3  times.
We will see how this goes when Issue 4 Rolls out.
