Shaking off the cobwebs

After not doing commissions in - how long? - it seems I'm a bit rusty.  Not so much in terms of drawing, but staying organized.  After accepting payment for the first few, I started to panic a bit and feel overwhelmed.

Good News - It's been a while since I did commissions, so I'd say we're overdue!  

Bad news - I can't do point commissions this time around.  Freelance work has been too sparse this year, and the two contracts I'd been waiting for have so far showed no signs of actually happening.  ...

It's a new month, so what might I have planned?  I'm actually in a bit of a holding pattern.  As I type this, I'm expecting to hear back on two contracts soon.  If I get either of them, I may just shut off billing for the month.  If I get neither, then I'll need to have a backup ...
