Bard still quite the annoying shit but quite big nerfs to him...
Added Neeko to the list, her lane is quite strong and one of the mages with good roams too.
Thresh best blind + roamer.
Sett great counter to melee supports.
Taric fits...

Syndra still safest blind pick and best mage in the game.
Azir joins the top 5-6 champs.
Lissandra keeps getting buffed, quite a good "response" champ to things like akali, leblanc etc.
not much more to say than that, basically same thing as last patch

Graves with Phaserush has grown in popularity due to recent buffs + changes to the jgl, really strong pick and good blind too.
Karthus movespeed nerfs hurts his chasing and escaping, but still a really safe pick and good.
Shyvana AP very good but must have okay/winning lane...

Wukong gets hit so he goes down a tier, still a strong pick though.
Maokai for sure best tank in the god damn game.
Ornn 2nd best tank
Quinn quite a good lane bully + roamer with the new Glacial build, but you can also go PTA.
Kayn hasnt seen much play yet in top so ...
