I haven't done anything set in "pandemic times" yet, the character afraid of germs isn't talking about Covid in particular. I'm thinking that the "Bodacious" character will cover that, assuming I ever get to it.

I keep falling back on calling this character "Soviette". I don't know what to call her green-garbed companion, but something along the lines of "Captain Buzzkill". 

The timeframe for this character should be 1978 ~ 1986, not in Russia, but one of the Soviet satellites in Eastern Europ...

I haven't read far enough into The Immortal Hulk to see what her eye-beam powers are. This definitely isn't comic-accurate.

Right now Rosalind would be Bodacious 2.0, the original is out in the world somewhere. The "Bodacious" program gives the recipient an idealized body of an 80s action "babe", something Rosalind is ambivalent about.
