Update 0.3.1 details

Last month's update was big... this one is huge!

The most obvious new feature is the addition of the 'Explore' function in the town. Rather than every location being automatically unlocked now you have to find them. In time, I will add predation events to randomly encounter during your wand...

The struggle is real...
