Funny, that I just thought, that the progress of quality has stopped for a while and now boom - another breakthrough! Maybe it is not very obvious, but there is a big difference in this new way - I don't even need to upscale GIFs to make it look good, so one gifs takes only 20 mins instead of 2 h...

Trying to make long sequence with Ganyu atm, but upscaling ruined all transitions so I need to re-make it again...In worst scenario I will just upload it as separated gifs later.

Well, it was not the best idea to test it on video with multiple people, lora affects everyone in frame and there is no way (yet) to prevent it.
Also I think my current format of content is not good enough, maybe I need to try to focus on long scenes with one consistent character, so there ...

I tried to use control-net pose to freeze Mona position in frame while other parts are still moving. By changing control-weight it is possible to control how static the pose should be.

Or at least tried to make it to look like her. It is hard to make heterochromia with dark blue and light blue eyes on animation, and the hat is also morphing too much, probably because Lora wasn't trained on it hard enough.
