I was curious if you think I should be adding more Tiers,  
I thought about it, however I just cannot think of any decent perks for them.

I don't want to rework the current perks system too much, I have no doubt people wouldn't want their benefices changed...

I tried so often to get into Rigging and it felt complicated yet this was very simply explained in under 1 minute.

Gosh I love this sort of tutorials.
