And just a reminder that not EVERY encounter the Mercs have is beneficial to society. They did kind of mess around with the natural order for the scientists from issue 3. That nice man just wants to do strange things to other creatures' genetics!
Diets are the worst for everyone! And this is the fallout for what would have happened if the Mercs hadn't shown up to save the succubus possessee from issue 3. And, possibly, a bunch of people would have had their souls consumed by a demon... But diets! Ugh.
It's a tale as old time for this month's Mercs mission! Resurrecting demons, ancient curses, holy warriors, servants pressuring their king to get knocked up. Same old, same old. I don't think that stuff even phases the team these days. But bats in your hair! Now THAT is an issue.
