Added a bunch of customizable titles to the 'Actions' pie menu when you click on your controlled sim. Hopefully this will give everyone more options when it comes to your gameplay and not just cater to those playing european royals.

i managed to finally get the tooltip titles to work after weeks of failing lmao
this was highly requested and i really wanted them so im super happy that i finally go them to work!
I've officially finished the mod now, there are a few things that will be added in an update (i had to leave these out since they're the things that keep pushing the release farther and farther back), but i'm just working on adding all the things i've made for CAS and build/buy, finalizing everyt...

This week i'm going to try to and super focus on getting all the CAS items (and most of the buy items) done! (in between my college finals lmao)
