Rewards changes

I've added a $5+ reward for high res pics. $1 patrons will still get all the sketches, WIPs and FA sized versions of the pics. Soon I may add an option to get .PSD files as well!

I'm also thinking of making some patron slots for my commissions. These would give you some discount, priority ...
