Been feeling down
Lately it seems as if I've hit a plateau and when I don't feel fat it's hard for me to share myself. I've been so unmotivated lately and I think a lot of it has to do with my worrying. I thought it would be ok to take time off for myself, but it effected me financially. Way quicker than I thought...

Getting hard to move and breathe
Every time I adjust myself on the couch I have to lift up with my arms between the back and arm of the couch. Usually this causes my shoulders to pop. It's getting hard to move around easily. Mostly just stayed plopped on the couch or the bed.
