Not all of our models are spring chickens....
Several of our models over the years were in their late 40s, 50s and even 60s!! As women age their estrogen levels tend to drop which allows a more conditioned look when dieting for competition. It's harder to do in your 20s and early 30s. Plus to build dense quality muscle take...
