My morning swim was really joyful. After swimming up and down the stream I found a small patch where the rays of sunshine were touching water. And so I stayed there, soaking in the delicate glimmers.

We found an entrance to the local river in between a day of paperwork, offices, chores in order to recalibrate ourselves again. The strong current was great to be playful, be immersed by hanging onto the underwater roots and stones, letting oneself be carried a few meters downstream... Sweet play...

I just love swimming and bathing with seaweed, sea lettuce in particular because of the texture and the vibrancy of the colour, the way sun light gets through... It awakens my senses and my aliveness gets fully charged. Such a wonderful time!
