Doing a random human girl and calling it Bill might end up like blonde Zatanna or some random character...

Here´s a better look at this month´s piece. if i wanted to be closer to bill´s design i would have to draw a triangle with boobs And a human character would have negated bill´s design altogether so i went half-way, keeping bill main traits with a humanoid body.
